UberMedia Will Launch Twitter Competitor

WASHINGTON, KOMPAS.com - Microblogging service Twitter has a sense of new competitors. Not from new competitors, but instead of application developers that had helped raise the UberMedia Twitter.

News reported by CNN, UberMedia is developing its own service that is designed to overcome the communication problems are often encountered Twitter user. For example, one limitation of characters that is now only limited to 140 characters.

Recognized or not, Twitter is more popular with the presence of an application to access it in a number of mobile devices. UberMedia is the owner of a number of popular applications to access Twitter like API that is now turned into UberSocial. UberMedia space was restricted to Twitter by closing three applications in February for violating the rules of the game and brand infringement.

UberMedia forced to change the name of the web into UberSocial. UberMedia also must meet all the defined rules such as banning Twitter messages over 140 characters which is characteristic of Twitter and displays a short URL from the user to choose his or her account in a private status.

Twitter relationship with third party developers are also increasingly far as Twitter itself encourages users to use the official application product. Last month, Twitter is also requesting the third party application developers to create a different way and does not display features that are already on Twitter.
